Access for everyone

Accessibility

Provisional — to be reviewed before publication. An accessibility audit of the completed website, including the live contact form, is still required. This draft is not a declaration of conformance.

Our aim

ORP Investigations aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

How the website is designed

The website uses clear headings and labelled forms, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. You can enlarge text using your browser controls. Animation is reduced when your device requests reduced motion.

The frequently asked questions can be opened using a keyboard. Opening a new answer closes the previous answer. The enquiry form identifies mandatory fields and provides error messages when information needs attention.

Review still to be completed

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader behaviour, colour contrast, zoom and reflow, mobile use and the configured security check will be assessed before publication. Any remaining barriers, alternative ways to use the service and planned improvements will be recorded here after that review.

Report a barrier or request another format

If you have difficulty using the website or need information in another format, email enquiries@orpinvestigations.co.uk. Please describe the page or task, the difficulty you experienced and any adjustment that would help. You do not need to provide sensitive personal information about an investigation.
